The paper, "The digitalization of retailing: an exploratory framework,"" published in the International Journal of Retail & Distribution Management, was selected as the Outstanding Paper in the 2017 Emerald Literati Network Awards for Excellence. The paper is co-authored with Johan Hagberg, Malin Sundström and Niklas Egels Zandén.
