Theme: Smart City
Information and communication technology (ICT) has profound impact on re-designing urban living, by transforming the connections among people, organizations, governments and communities. Leveraging big data from multiple sources, governments around the world are seeking new ways to improve efficiency of services and quality of life. Smart city, as a relatively new concept and vision, responds to such a request. In this conference, we hope to bring international scholars to explore the meaning, applications, practices, and issues related to smart city. The topics of interest include, but are not limited to:
