The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø SERVSIG announces a call for special session proposals for the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Marketing Educators’ Conference (August 4-6, 201 7) in San Francisco, CA. Kelly Haws (Vanderbilt University), Mark Houston (Texas A&M University), and Charles Noble (University of Tennessee) serve as the conference co-chairs.
SERVSIG members are highly encouraged to submit proposals; however, non-SERVSIG members are also welcomed to submit proposals. The SERVSIG committee is especially interested in topics related to the conference theme of “Innovation and Sustainability through Marketing.” As such, SERVSIG calls for proposals linking services to (one or both of) these key themes that guide the conference.
Proposals may also be based upon the following services topics: Consumer Behavior and Misbehavior in Services * Business-to-Business Services * Service Dominant Logic * Customer Experience and Value Co-Creation * Building Relationships in Services * Service Operations Management * EServices and Social Media * Innovation in Services * Service Design * Building Sustainability in Services * International Marketing in Services * Developing Service Value * Service Markets and Networks * Service Supply Chains * Servicescapes * Service Encounters * Service Environment * Research and Teaching Methods in Services * Service Recovery and Complaint Management * Service Productivity * Branding and Communication in Services * Tourism Services * Transformative Services * Sport Services * Public and Non-Profit Services.
