Organizational Frontlines Research (OFR) is the study of interactions and interfaces at the point-of-contact between an organization and its customers that promote, facilitate, or enable value creation and exchange. Unlike the traditional view of frontline research as singularly employee centered, OFR is broad and centered on customer interactions/interfaces that span human, technological, virtual possibilities or some combination thereof. Important and novel changes are occurring at these interactions and interfaces that are reshaping how organizations connect with their customers. The purpose of this symposium is to shine light on this emergent area, and to emphasize the potential for theoretical and empirical work that advances our understanding of this important domain.

Registration is currently open at the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Winter ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø website
