DAN MCCARTHY WINS SHANKAR-SPIEGEL AWARD
Dan McCarthy, a Ph.D. student at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, has been selected as the winner of the 2016 Shankar-Spiegel Award. His dissertation is entitled “Customer Based Corporate Valuation: Modeling with Limited, Aggregate, Missing Data.”
The Shankar-Spiegel Award recognizes the best dissertation proposal in direct/interactive marketing. The award selection criteria include: importance and potential contribution of the dissertation to business and academia, quality of conceptual development, research design, and feasibility and appropriateness of methodology.
