Dear service enthusiasts,

We are working hard to prepare the SERVSIG2016 conference in Maastricht to ensure that you will experience a delightful service event. We would like to draw your attention to the following features:

1. Please be aware that the early bird registration will end on March 31. So please make sure to register on time via
2. We also strongly recommend booking your hotel as soon as possible, preferably before May 1, as there are more international events adjacent to the SERVSIG weekend.
3. You can find a preliminary program on our conference website; we would like to emphasize that a social event and dinner is included on Sunday night. We are looking forward to welcoming you at a unique location in the proximity of Maastricht.
4. The registration for our 4 interesting pre-conference workshops is going very well, but we still have a few open slots: Feel free to register for a PLS workshop by Christian Ringle, a R workshop by Martin Wetzels, a Service Design workshop by our Service Science Factory, or a Sensory City Walk: First come, first serve!

We look forward to hosting you in Maastricht, to reflect on service research in the heart of Europe, and to have a joyful SERVSIG time together with service researchers from across the globe.
