MSI would like to invite marketing scholars to attend our first-ever conference focused solely on issues related to food and beverage marketing. It takes place May 19 in Evanston, Illinois. It is a terrific opportunity to network with academically-minded practitioners as well as fellow marketing scholars.

A line-up of top academic speakers will share new insights on topics such as pricing and promotion schedules, optimal levels of variety and assortment, implications of various packaging forms, and factors affecting consumers’ eating and drinking experiences. Academic Speakers include:
