Experimental Research Summer School
Introduction
University of Calabria, Italy, 7-11 Sep 2015
The Experimental Research Summer School (September 7-11 2015) will teach participants how to design experimental studies to test causal relationships. Specifically, the course concerns experimental designs, manipulation of independent variables, and conditions to enhance internal validity. Participants will be also introduced to statistical analyses (e.g., t-test, ANOVA) of experimental data using SPSS during individual and group sessions. The lecturer is Irene Scopelliti, City University London.
All the relevant information concerning fees, application, and other practicalities are available on the website in the sections dedicated to the schools. The website includes information on other seven summer schools on various research methods (e.g., econometrics, multivariate statistics, structural equation modeling) taught in Italian.
