CALL FOR NOMINATIONS
The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Retail and Pricing SIG is seeking nominations for the Lifetime Achievement Award in Pricing. The award is to acknowledge outstanding contributions in the field of Pricing. A winner will be honored at the Summer ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø conference August 2015 in Chicago, where the winner will beintroduced and speak during the Retailing & Pricing SIG reception.
Winners should have contributed a significant body of work, over 15 or more years, in developing and advancing research in the Pricing area.
Nominations should include information relating to why the potential recipient is deserving of this award, a copy of the nominee’s vita, and references that support this nominee (minimum of 3).
The deadline for nominations is April 15, 2015.
Introduced in 2012, the first recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Pricing was Dhruv Grewal (Ph.D. Virginia Tech), the Toyota Chair in Commerce and Electronic Business and a Professor of Marketing at Babson College.
Please submit nominations to: Stephanie Lawson (Vice-Chair of Membership), Winthrop University (lawsons@winthrop.edu) (electronic submissions are encouraged). A panel of experts in the marketing academic pricing field will determine the Lifetime Achievement Award winner.
