11th Annual Whitebox Advisors Graduate Student Conference on Behavioral Science at Yale
The Yale School of Management is inviting submissions for the 11th Annual Whitebox Advisors Graduate Student Conference to be held in New Haven, CT on May 5th, 2015. Graduate students are encouraged to submit papers in the areas of behavioral economics, behavioral finance, and behavioral marketing (specifically within the domains of consumer behavior and behavioral decision theory).
Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program. To encourage scholarship by junior researchers, the behavioral economics and behavioral finance tracks will show a preference for papers with only students as authors. Complete papers are preferred, but extended abstracts of 750-1000 words will also be considered. Submissions must be received by March 6th, 2015. Please submit your abstracts or papers to whiteboxdoctoral@yale.edu and indicate your subfield in the subject line.
The Whitebox Advisors Graduate Student Conference has historically attracted many of the top graduate students in the behavioral sciences. The goal of the conference is to provide feedback for, and promote interaction among, graduate student researchers in behavioral economics, behavioral finance, and behavioral marketing. Along with the graduate students, a number of Yale faculty typically also attend the talks.
Please note that for graduate student presenters and other selected graduate students, hotel accommodations and a travel stipend will be provided.
