22nd Annual ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø-SERVSIG Doctoral Consortium at San Jose State University, California, July 8th-9th, 2015
(Preceding the Frontiers in Service Conference)

The Services Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) of the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø (ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø) is pleased to announce the 22nd Annual SERVSIG Doctoral Consortium to take place on July 8th-9th, 2015 at San Jose State University, California (preceding the Frontiers in Service Conference).

Confirmed speakers and panelists include: Steve Baron, Mary Jo Bitner, David Bowen, Lisa Brüggen, Ray Fisk, Sertan Kabadayi, Janet McColl-Kennedy, Paul Maglio, Ed Malthouse, Parsu Parasuraman, Javier Reynoso, Marianna Sigala, and Allard Van Riel amongst others.

The consortium provides an opportunity for doctoral students and new faculty to learn from and interact with the many of the world’s leading scholars in service research. It is designed to provide an intimate and collegial setting for new service researchers to gain insight from the experiences and strategies used by eminent scholars in the field. Moreover, these scholars will provide doctoral students with feedback and guidance regarding their current research so that all participants tangibly gain from the experience. Given the opportunity to interact with and learn from thought leaders in the field, we encourage all doctoral students in service research to attend this consortium.

The consortium event is supported by Arizona State University’s Center for Services Leadership, IBM, HEC Montreal, ISSIP, San Jose State University, Ghent University’s Center for Service Intelligence and Fordham University Schools of Business.
