The 2015 MPPC theme, “Marketing and Public Policy as a Force for Social Change,” celebrates the incredible strides that our field has made in improving the lives of consumers and quality of our society. We also recognize that many contemporary and global issues cry out for greater research, debate, and action. Issues in healthcare, nutrition, energy, tobacco, controlled substances, consumer disparities, finances, consumer information and more are highly relevant. We welcome the submission of papers and special sessions that address any significant topic at the intersection of marketing and public policy.

MPPC is the premier national and international event for marketing academics, public policymakers, and marketing practitioners interested in social and public policy. The conference venue is in the heart of Washington D.C. and offers superb access to important historical and cultural sites as well as a spectrum of dining and entertainment options.
