You are invited to participate in the 2015 Costa Rica Global Conference on Business and Finance (GCBF). The conference is sponsored by The Institute for Business and Finance Research, LLC (IBFR). The 2015 GCBF will be held from May 26-29, 2015 at the Wyndham Herradura Hotel and Conference Center in San Jose, Costa Rica. Costa Rica is often referred to as the Switzerland of Central America and was recently identified in an international study as the happiest place on earth. Costa Rica is a world renowned cultural and environmental destination with tremendous diversity. It has an active volcano, beautiful mountain ranges, world class beaches, abundant rainforest, and many other attractions. Many of these attractions are a day trip from the conference hotel. The conference provides an excellent venue for you to present your research and receive quality feedback. Theoretical and empirical papers in all areas of marketing, marketing education, management, tourism, economics, accounting, auditing, accounting education, finance, business, MIS, public administration, business law, business education, agribusiness, health care administration and related fields are welcome. Case studies in all areas of business, finance and related fields are also welcome. Papers do not need to be global in nature. English and Spanish language sessions will be offered. An Internet Session will be offered for those unable to make the trip to Costa Rica.

JOURNALS AND PROCEEDINGS
The refereed conference proceedings are distributed through ProQuest, EBSCOHost and online. The Conference is affiliated with eight peer-reviewed journals: Accounting & Taxation, The International Journal of Business and Finance Research, International Journal of Management and Marketing Research, Global Journal of Business Research, Business Education and Accreditation, Review of Business and Finance Studies, Revista Internacional Administración & Finanzas and Revista Global de Negocios. Please visit our website for journal specific distribution, indexing and ranking information, including: Cabell’s Directory, Ulrich’s Directory, The American Economic Association’s JEL, Austrian Business Deans Council and others. Papers honored with the Outstanding Research Award at the conference will be offered publication in one of our journals. In addition, papers receiving the Best Paper in Session Award are reviewed for possible journal publication. All registered and paid attendees may publish a short version of their paper in the Conference Proceedings.

Submit a 200-word, abstract, work in progress or full paper at: www.theibfr.com/cs.htm. Early submissions are greatly appreciated. All submissions must be in Microsoft Word or Acrobat PDF format.
CONFERENCE FEES
All attending participants must register and pay the non-refundable, nontransferable registration fee. Conference registration is $360 for presenting and non-presenting attendees. The registration fee for full-time students is $330. There is an US$80 fee for each additional paper. An additional $50 fee applies to papers with five or more authors. A $50 late fee applies for registration fees received after the regular payment deadline. If your payment is not received by the final payment deadline, your participation will be cancelled.
