Conference Theme: Sustainable Relationships: Myth or Reality?
Conference Program:
In 2014, we will emphasise three critical areas with regards to Relationship Marketing:
- Sustainability, Consumption, and Society
- Social Media and Digital Technologies
- Services and Customer Loyalty
Besides these areas, we are looking for session proposals that seek to expand the boundary of current relationship marketing theory and practice.
The top three contributions (full papers) that are embedded in a supply chain setting will be reviewed by “Supply Chain Management – An International Journal” (an internationally recognised ABS 3* journal).
The annual ICRM event will be preceded by a Doctoral Colloquium and the organisers will present an award for the best colloquium paper and for the best submission from a doctoral student.
