Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts submitted to the IJCBME should be written in English, original, and not be previously published. However, to accommodate participants from the region, manuscripts written in Chinese (traditional or simplified) may be considered. For publication considerations in the special issues, only manuscripts written in English may be considered. All presentations will be in English. The following are general manuscript preparation guidelines:

·         Authors may submit either regular abstracts (150 words) or extended abstracts (500 words) along with a cover page in one Word or pdf file. Use APA style when appropriate.

·         Use single-space, times new roman, font size 12.

·         Indicate the author’s name and affiliation only on the cover page. Author’s name should not be indicated anywhere within the abstract.

·         Please submit all abstracts to the Paper Review Committee by email to editorijtef@gmail.com.

·         Deadline for submitting abstracts is March 31, 2014. The Paper Review Committee will screen the abstracts on a rolling basis and advise authors within one weeks of receipt.

·         Student authors should note in their submission email if they would like to be considered for the Best Student Paper award.

Once the abstract is accepted, at least one author must register for and present the paper at the conference. An early registration discount will be provided for those who register before March 31, 2014. To make sure accepted papers are included in conference programs, authors are strongly urged to register by March 31, 2014.
