Call for Papers, 11th Marketing Dynamics Conference
August 21-23, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada
The 11th Marketing Dynamics Conference will be hosted by the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from August 21-23, 2014 in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event brings together academics from around the globe to present, hear, and discuss new research within the realm of marketing dynamics. The Marketing Dynamics Conference has become an established forum whose relatively small scale (about 100 participants) ensures a vibrant discussion about cutting-edge research on managerially relevant dynamic marketing problems.
The conference starts on Thursday August 21st with a workshop taught by Steve Scott from Google titled “Experiments in the Internet Age: A Modern Bayesian Look at the Multi-Armed Bandit.” The conference then proceeds with presentations by the participants on Friday August 22nd and Saturday August 23rd. Tulin Erdem from NYU’s Stern School of Business will give a keynote address on Friday evening.
We invite you to submit three-page abstracts (one title page and two text pages) of your research paper.
The program committee consists of Marnik Dekimpe (Tilburg), Carl Mela (Duke), Sanjog Misra (UCLA), Prasad Naik (UC Davis), Oded Netzer (Columbia), Juanjuan Zhang (MIT) and the conference chairs (Jean-Pierre Dube, Wes Hartmann and Gunter Hitsch.).
The deadline for submitting abstracts is May 1, 2014.
We hope to welcome you to the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas on August 21-23, 2014!
