"Marketing and Business Development" (MBD) 2nd International Conference will be hosted by the Marketing School, Bucharest University of Economic Studies on 26th-28th June, 2014
The conference is designed to facilitate the communication within a worldwide community of marketing and business specialists. The event aims to become a scientific forum to discuss the state of the art, innovative strategies, new researches and recent marketing developments in the context of the latest changes in global business environment.

Abstracts of the accepted papers, after the evaluation process, will be published in the MBD Conference Abstracts Digital Volume, subject to author’s prior registration and payment.
Accepted and presented papers will be published, after a double-blind review process, in The International Journal of Economic Practices and Theories ( ) listed (partially or totally) in the following academic databases and indexes: Index Copernicus, WorldCat, RePEc, Open J-Gate, EconPapers, Journal TOCs, New Jour, IDEAS, Cabell’s Directories, EBSCO, Open Archives, Science Central, OCLC, BASE, PDF Cast, Scribd, ISeeK, Academic Index, PKP Open Archives Harvester, Microsoft Academic Search and Google Scholar.All published articles will also be available, with full text access, on the official website of the conference .

- Abstract submission – January 15th – March 16th, 2014
- Abstract acceptance notification – March 17th – March 24th, 2014
- Paper submission – March 25th – May 4th, 2014
- Article acceptance notification – May 5th – May 19th, 2014
- Conference fee payment – March 25th – June 2nd, 2014
