The International Journal of Bank Marketing invites manuscripts related to New Products and Services in the financial services.

Theme

Financial institutions have introduced an unprecedented number of innovations to both consumer and business markets in the past decade. This increase is attributed to the advances in technology, deregulation, and market fragmentation. To present the state of knowledge about new products and services in the financial services, the International Journal of Bank Marketing will dedicate a special issue to the topic. We welcome research on the development and diffusion of financial innovations; the measurement of value of innovations to financial institutions (the ROI) and to customers; challenges related to financial innovations using mobile devices; leadership through innovation in financial services markets; offering financial innovations in different countries while maintaining uniform brand standards; new financial products and services that rely on supply chain innovations.

Submission Guidelines

Manuscripts will be reviewed through a double-blind review process. Submissions should be made through to the Special Issue, by June 1, 2014.
