Spring 2014 Conference Update

Greetings Everyone!

If things are going for you like they are going for me right now time is so precious.  Therefore I will not take much of your time.  I want to share some key information AKA NEWS about the Spring MMA 2014 Conference in Chicago.

1)  The submission deadline for manuscripts and panel proposals has been EXTENDED UNTIL NOVEMBER 8, 2013.

2)  Mary Jo Bitner will receive the 2014 MMA Marketing Innovator Award.

3)  There will be a Panel Session with several Journal Editors on Thursday March 27th, discussing "How to Get Your Manuscript Published".

4)  A social gathering for those still in town on Friday evening that will be unforgettable.

5)  A "green conference" i.e., significant reduction in paper product usage for conference events.

Thanks to everyone that is already working to make our return to the Chicago Palmer House memorable, and this extension gives others an opportunity to volunteer their time and expertise.  We need everyone to participate as we celebrate our theme "once retro now novel again."  Thanks for your time.  Let’s continue to talk about the best value in the world, the Spring MMA 2014 Conference.
