Comprehensive PLS Seminar using SmartPLS
November 4-7, 2013
University of Hamburg, Germany
Instructors: Dr. Joerg Henseler & Prof. Dr. Christian Ringle
This four-day seminar introduces participants to the state-of-the-art of PLS path modeling. The first two days of the seminar provide a profound introduction to PLS path modeling. Participants will learn how to apply PLS path modeling by means of the SmartPLS software. The instructors will make use of several SmartPLS examples and exercises. The third and the fourth day of the seminar cover extensions to PLS path modeling, such as mediating effects, moderating effects (interaction effects), multigroup analysis (including measurement invariance testing), nonlinear effect, second-order constructs, or detection of unobserved heterogeneity by means of FIMIX-PLS. Participants will learn how to apply these extensions to PLS path modeling by means of the SmartPLS software.
