Electronic Word-of-Mouth Consequences
Introduction
Ana Babic and a team at HEC Paris seek working papers and unpublished work on the effects of eWOM on various marketing outcomes
CALL FOR WORKING PAPERS
Dear colleagues:
A team of researchers at HEC Paris is working on a meta-analysis of the effects of electronic word of mouth on business performance. At this point, we are looking for working papers and unpublished work on the effects of eWOM on sales (revenues), number of customers, number of product units sold, profits, sales rank, sales growth rate, and stock market performance. We would be very thankful if you would be willing to share your preliminary or advanced results in this area.
Should you know of any colleague who is researching the effects of eWOM, please pass this call for information along.
We thank you in advance for your help.
Please direct all papers, information, or questions to ana.babic@hec.edu.
Sincerely,
Ana Babic
