Posting to Be by Email Only
Introduction
I have reconfigured the ELMAR platform so that posting must be done by email to elmar@ama.org. This is the method that most use anyway.
For several years, I have configured the ELMAR Community Zero platform so as to allow users to post directly. Every once in a while this leads to counterintuitive system behavior. For example, if the original poster edits the post again, that action causes the posting to disappear from the system.
Given that, and some related issues, I believe it would be easier for all concerned if we all post by email. Just send your posting to elmar@ama.org and that’s it.
Note that the job posting process has not changed. This is somewhat different than regular posting and is explained here
