Shanghai, August 2-4, 2013
The 2013 Summer Interdisciplinary Conference seeks to explore how Marketing, Strategy, and Information Systems can interact and enhance business performance in the complex and competitive environment that companies face today. Interdisciplinary problems may require interdisciplinary solutions. In accordance with this theme, we welcome research that discovers new concepts and introduces novel methods. The conference aims to provide a synergistic environment and offers excellent opportunities for academics and corporate executives to learn from each other and share their expertise.

Conference Venue and Time
The 2013 Summer Interdisciplinary Conference on Marketing, Strategy and Information Systems will be hosted at Fudan University, Shanghai, China from August 2-4, 2013.
- In addition to academic speakers, the program includes speakers from Fortune 500 firms.
- Conference will begin with a reception on the evening of August 2 and end on August 4.
Submission Requirements
- Submitted abstracts should be two pages in pdf format. Include the title of the paper, names, affiliations, mailing and email addresses of the authors on the first page. Please specify whether the paper is student authored and who will be presenting at the conference.
- Submissions should be emailed simultaneously to luoxm@uta.edu, yuxin-chen@kellogg.northwestern.edu, and bin.gu@asu.edu by May 1, 2013.
Conference Awards:
- One award (USD 3000) will be granted to the best PhD student paper
- One award (USD 3000) will be granted to the best conference paper
