The Universidade Lus?ada de Vila Nova de Famalic?o (ULF) and the Centro Lus?ada de Engenharia e Gest?o Industrial (CLEGI ?Research Centre for Engineering and Industrial Management) are pleased to announce the organization of the 3rd International Conference on ?Managing Services in the Knowledge Economy (MSKE 2013)?, to be held from July 17th to 19th 2013 in Portugal. This event is the natural follow up of the success of the first and second edition os MSKE in 2009 and 2011, in which there were 63 and 86 presented papers from 21 countries. These were very charm and warming events that pleased all participants.

The main idea of MSKE 2013 is to have a unique conference with distinctive key characteristics, namely accessible publication opportunities, good networking prospects for future collaborative research and a warm and friendly environment that you can enjoy and remember. The conference is organized according to Streams. Each stream is sponsored by one Journal that will publish a Special Issue. The Journal Editors or the Guest Editors are the stream leaders who will be responsible for the review process. Since they will be present at the Conference there is a chance to meet them.
