2nd Aston Marketing Research Camp – 31 May 2013
Following the success of the 2012 camp, Aston Business School is organising its 2nd Marketing Research Camp. The purpose of this camp is to bring world-leading researchers in marketing together to generate exciting and fruitful discussions about research practice and identify promising research directions.
Our three guest speakers are worldwide leading marketing researchers:
– Eric Arnould, University of Bath.
– A. Parasuraman, University of Miami.
– Berend Wierenga, Erasmus University
This research camp will be a subtle mix of plenary presentations, round-table workshops and networking opportunities.
Presentations
Our three guest speakers will present their latest work-in-progress. For each presentation, a one-hour slot is planned to allow for a detailed talk and an insightful discussion.
Workshops
Six thematic workshops will be led by our guest speakers and other distinguished researchers. A round-table format of 10-12 participants will enable deep and informal interaction.
Time for networking
Several discussion timeslots will be arranged as additional opportunities to meet and discuss in a relaxed atmosphere (last year, participants from over 35 universities across the UK and Europe attended the camp).
