Introduction
Based on favorable replies to my request for comments two weeks ago, I will begin to pass along posts on behalf of job seekers
Two weeks ago I asked for input on a proposal that would see a new category of ELMAR posting, namely postings on behalf of job seekers. The response was merely modest, but those who did respond were in general favorable to the idea. In that case I believe I will run the first one this coming Wednesday.
My goal will be to do this in such a way as to minimize any additional cognitive load on the part of ELMAR subscribers.
