Introduction

Ann Veeck of Western Michigan University wins the Marketing Management Association's 2012 AxcessCapon Teaching Innovation Competition

The Marketing Management Association (MMA) is pleased to announce the winner of the 2012 AxcessCapon Teaching Innovation Competition: Dr. Ann Veeck, Professor of Marketing, Haworth College of Business, Western Michigan University. The award was presented at MMA’s Fall Educators’ Conference on September 20 in Minneapolis. Dr. Veeck’s authored the paper, “Learning Tools to Effectively Monitor Social Media: A Social Media Marketing Research Project.” The other two finalists were Dr. Daniel A. Gruber, Assistant Professor of Integrated Marketing Communications, Medill School of Journalism, Northwestern University, and Dr. Jeanetta D. Sims, Assistant Professor of Marketing, College of Business, University of Central Oklahoma. The 2013 Call for Submissions will be available at the end of October at
