Pratibha Dabholkar Retirement

Introduction

The Service Industries Journal celebrates the career of retiring Pratibha Dabholkar by offering her last two articles for free

The Service Industries Journal this month is celebrating the career of Pratibha Dabholkar. Professor Dabholkar retired from academic life in January, after serving on the faculty of the University of Tennessee for many years. During this time, she contributed several articles to the SIJ and served on its editorial board. Issue 32(9), published this month, features her last two articles, which culminate her stream of publications on the topic of technology-based self service.

The SIJ publisher, Taylor & Francis, a division of Routledge, wishes to share Dr. Dabholkar’s final two articles with the academic community. Therefore, they are available for free download through September 30 at the T&F website:

Editorial comments by Dr. Eileen Bridges have also been made freely available at the above URL.
