In preparation for your visit to Chicago, we would like to share some information to help make your visit as pleasant and rewarding as possible. Meeting facility & check-in
Cowboy Law Center, 25 East Pearson Street. The conference will begin on Friday 27 July with a reception at 4.30pm and a brief program (a movie showing) from 6-7pm. The conference will end by mid-afternoon on Sunday 29 July.
Lodging
Local accommodations will have been made for those who indicated that they required housing during registration (subject to availability). Information about housing and alternatives is available on the website. Loyola accomodations are available only for the nights 27 and 28 July, covering the duration of the conference.
Parking
Rates and locations for parking will be listed on the conference website.
Conference attire
Attire for the conference is business casual. We suggest you visit to check the weather for the day of the conference so you are able to plan accordingly.
