The Sheth Foundation and the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø are happy to announce the program is now finalized for the Pre-conference Event on Emerging Markets at this summer’s ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Educators’ Conference. This half-day event, the morning of August 17th, 2012, features experts from a variety of emerging markets presenting their insights.
We envision an event designed to introduce scholars ON emerging markets to scholars FROM emerging markets. To that end, the Sheth Foundation is also offering a limited number of travel grants for scholars located in emerging markets. These grants would enable a faculty scholar to attend both the pre-conference event, as well as the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Summer Educators’ Conference itself.

I am honoured to organize and host this event in my role as a liaison between the Sheth Foundation and the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø. I am also administrating the travel grants. If you are located in an emerging market country, and cannot attend the conference without a travel grant, please email me a short document outlining your circumstances. I am sorry, but these grants are limited to faculty scholars from emerging markets, and cannot be used for doctoral student funding.
