All interested researchers are invited to attend and participate in the Brands and Branding in Law, Accounting and Marketing conference to take place April 12-13, 2012, at Chapel Hill, NC.
The Brands and Branding in Law, Accounting, and Marketing conference brings together prominent scholars and professionals in marketing, law, and accounting specializing in branding, intellectual property (IP) with the objective to explore the key issues involved in creating and managing marketing intangibles in the global marketplace. The objective is to better understand how academics and practitioners outside marketing view and treat brands and marketing IP and to compare and contrast these perspectives with those in marketing.

The 2-day conference features four plenary academic-practitioner sessions followed by parallel tracks of academic research presentations and workshops.
Professor Kevin Lane Keller, E. B. Osborn Professor of Marketing, Tuck School of Business will serve as the keynote speaker.
Top management executives from the litigation consulting industry and brand valuation firms such as Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Brand Finance, Interbrand, Millward Brown Optimor / BrandZ, and Prophet are scheduled to speak.
