Dear Colleagues and Friends,
Just a reminder that in May 2012, the Academy of Marketing Science will hold their annual meeting in New Orleans, LA. We invite you to consider submitting a paper for presentation under the ‘Value Co-creation’ track that strongly relates to the conference theme, "Marketing Dynamism & Sustainability: Things Change, Things Stay the Same…" Topics relevant this track include, but are not limited to the following:
New platforms of customer involvement and interaction, customer-firm relationship redefined, customer-brand relationship redefined, a new look at customer relationship management and customer experience management, analyzing risk-benefits to value co-creation, providing a platform at the right time and right resources, risks of customer involvement in co-producing/co-designing, value co-creation and interactive marketing, services marketing, marketing communications and outcomes of value co-creation in terms of increased/decreased customer satisfaction/loyalty, new customers, cost/revenue etc.
The submission deadline is December 1, 2011. All papers accepted for presentation will be published in the 2012 AMS Proceedings. Further information about the conference and guidelines for submitting manuscripts can be found at:
