International Service Research Conference
Submission is now open!
The next SERVSIG International Service Research Conference, will be June 7-9, 2012 in Helsinki, Finland. The conference will be hosted by the CERS Centre for Relationship Marketing and Service Management at Hanken School of Economics. The Conference is held in a different country every two years, and is one of the world’s leading annual conferences on service research and management. SERVSIG is the name given to the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s Services Marketing Special Interest Group.
SERVSIG 2012 conference will highlight innovative service perspectives. We invite you to submit an abstract and be a part of the over 100 inspiring sessions.
The call for papers submission deadline is December 15, 2011.
