Connie Rae Bateman is the new Editor of the Journal of Organizational Culture, Communications and Conflict (). JOCCC is an interdisciplinary journal with a Managerial focus that invites submissions from Marketing researchers and theorists writing in the areas of internal marketing communications, brand management theory applied to employer brand management and employee engagement, establishing productive sales cultures, integration of the marketing function, and related areas. JOCCC is published semi-annually; follows a double-blind, peer refereed process with an acceptance rate of 25%; and is listed in Cabell’s Directory of Publishing Opportunities, Google Scholar, EBSCO, ProQuest, Thomson Gale, LexisNexis and several other academic databases and search engines. JOCCC is simultaneously published in hard copy and online.
