Host for Marketing Science 2014
Introduction
The INFORMS Society for Marketing Science seeks a host institution for the 2014 Marketing Science Conference
We encourage individuals whose schools are interested in hosting the 2014 Marketing Science conference to contact Fred Feinberg, ISMS VP Meetings, at feinf@umich.edu, to express their interest and discuss the details needed for a formal proposal. The formal proposal would include information such as the conference organizers, dates, conference and doctoral consortium venues, gala dinner arrangements, and a budget. But the first step is to express your interest, review what would be needed for a formal proposal, and clarify any initial questions you might have.
The 2014 conference will be held in North America, since our practice is to host a non-North American conference every three years. The 2011 conference was hosted in Houston by Rice University, the 2012 conference will be hosted in Boston by Boston University, and the 2013 conference will be hosted in Istanbul by ?zyegin University.
