2nd International Conference on Services in Emerging Markets
September 29 – October 01, 2011, IIT-Bombay, India
The 2nd ICSEM Conference is being jointly organized by Shailesh J Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay () with the Service Research and Innovation Institute (India Chapter) (www.srii-india.org). The Programme Committee consists of eminent personalities and researchers from around the world.
The ICSEM 2011 is being held at IIT Bombay between September 29 – October 1, 2011.
The objective of this conference is to provide a venue for academics, government, NGOs, and industry to present, demonstrate and discuss the latest ideas about the Services Innovations which are driving governments and industry in delivering services. This will also be an opportunity for the community to discuss and debate the state and the evolution of the Services from and to Emerging Markets.
The 1st day will be devoted to Tutorials. The 2nd and 3rd days will have presentations of paper covering original research and case studies, Service Innovation Challenge presentations by students, keynote speeches by eminent researchers and practitioners, and two panel discussion covering both research topics and topics of national interest.
