Professor Seong-Yeon Park of Ewha Womans University who is the selection committee chair of the 2011 Global Marketing Scholar’s Prize made her official announcement of the winner of this year’s prize after rigorous screening process by the committee:
1. Title of Prize: 2011 Global Marketing Scholar’s Prize
2. Winner: Arch G. Woodside, Professor of Marketing, Boston College and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business Research
3. Recommendation from the Prize Selection Committee: Professor Woodside’s Lifetime Achievement and Contribution to the Advancement of Marketing Knowledge
4. Award Ceremony: In the 2011 KAMS Spring International Conference at Yonsei University, Seoul, Republic of Korea on May 28, 2011
