The School of Management Leonard de Vinci (EMLV) and its Research center (CEREM) will hold its annual academic conference on June 23-24 2011. This year the conference will focus on the Web and new the Marketing practices :
Marketing in the Web 2.0 era
The conference will focus on the outcomes of web 2.0 regarding customer relationship management, virtual worlds (2nd life, MMPOG…), social networks and B to B (SMEs), other topics are encouraged and welcome.

Submissions Guidelines
Language: French or English.
Submission Deadline: 15 February 2011.
To facilitate the double-blind peer-review process, each submission should be broken into two separate files: (1) Title Page and (2) Main Document. Identifying information should not appear anywhere within the main document file.
Title Page: include Title of the paper plus names, affiliations, address and email of each author. The Title should be in 14 point, Times New Roman, Bold, centered. Names and affiliations of authors should be 12 point, Times New Roman, Bold and centered. Last names of authors should be in capital letters.
Main Document Page Maximum: 10 pages, properly formatted and inclusive of title (14 point, Times New Roman, Bold, centered), abstract (max 100 words), keywords (max 5), text, graphics, and footnotes. References are excluded.
File Types: Word.
Font: 12 point, Times New Roman.
Text: 1,5-spaced, left-justified.
Page Layout: 2,5cm margins on all sides with page numbers centered at the bottom of the page.
Footnotes: Format footnotes with a superscript number appearing in text and the corresponding text at the bottom of the page, 9 point, Times New Roman.
References: References are to be listed alphabetically, last name first followed by initials of first name, all names in capital letters, followed by publication date in parentheses.
For books: List author names in capital letters with initials of first names, publication date, book title in italics, place of publication, and publisher name. Example: JONES S.G. (1995), CyberSociety : Computer-mediated communication and community, Thousand Oaks, Sage.
For periodicals: List author names in capital letters with initials of first names, publication date, article title in quotes, unabbreviated name of periodical in italics, volume number, issue designation (month, season, or number), and page numbers.
Example: FOURNIER S., LEE L. (2009), «Getting Brand Communities Right», Harvard Business Review, (April), 105–111.
For an excerpt in a book edited by another author(s): List author names in capital letters with initials of first names, publication date, article/chapter title in quotes, book title in italics, volume number, editors, place of publication, publisher name, and excerpt page numbers:
