Recognition in leading Citation Index
Managing Service Quality (MSQ) has recently been accepted for inclusion in Thomson Reuters Social Science Citation Index (ISI).
MSQ’s first Journal Impact Factor will be measured from 2009 – 2011 and published in 2012.

Professor Jay Kandampully, Ohio State University, USA, has now moved across to edit the Journal of Service Management, but will remain as Consulting Editor to MSQ for the first year to offer support to the new Editorial team.
The new Editors welcome all high quality research in the field of Service Quality Management
New online submission process
During November MSQ will begin to use the online submission system, ScholarOne Manuscripts, to further increase the efficiency of the review process and to enable articles accepted through the system to be uploaded online and cited, prior to publication.
