As the incoming chair of the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Services Marketing Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) for 2010-2011, I’m pleased to report many exciting developments in the past year as well as upcoming events for this year. Please go to our SERVSIG web site to access our summer newsletter –
I’d also like to thank Tom Baker for his leadership of SERVSIG during 2009-2010 and Ray Fisk’s enduring vision and leadership of SERVSIG.
