Dear Colleagues,
We are looking into the procurement process of corporate legal services and the influence of procurement departments in the purchasing process as organizations have changed the ways how they handle their legal requirements. We are further interested how procurement managers evaluate the service quality of legal services. To our knowledge, research on the measurement of service quality of professional services, in particular the legal services industry, has been scarce.
Any suggestions on relevant references would be greatly appreciated.
