Does anyone use, recommend, or is anyone aware of a simulation tool or program that can be used in a sales course to teach students how to “manage their time and territory”. Currently, we are using a simulation (called “SimSell”) that is limited in its availability. This simulation requires students to make decisions as to how they allocate their time and service resources to a base of customers that vary in how recently and frequently they place sales orders and the size of these orders (RFM). We would be interested in exploring other simulations that teach student this important sales skill. Please email your comments to Michael.mallin@utoledo.edu. Thank You.
