JSR Publishes Service Research Priorities
Just published: “Moving Forward and Making a Difference: Research Priorities for the Science of Service” by Amy L. Ostrom et al. and including commentaries from leading academics and business executives. Following an intensive 18-month research priority setting process spearheaded by the Center for Services Leadership at Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and involving interviews with more than 300 professionals from over 30 countries in 15 disciplines of academia and 25 industries of business, the resulting research priorities appear in the February 2010 issue of the Journal of Service Research. The top ten research priorities identified are:
