The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s Services Marketing Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) is pleased to announce the following SERVSIG awards, which were given at the 2009 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Frontiers In Service Conference.
Congratulations to the following 2009 SERVSIG Award Winners:
- Professor Richard Chase from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California is the recipient of the 2009 Christopher Lovelock Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award.
- Eric Fang, Robert W. Palmatier, and Jan-Benedict E. M. Steenkamp are the recipients of the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Best Services Article Award for their article which appeared in the Journal of Marketing (V 72, Issue 5).
- Ralf Wilden and Silvia Hodges are the recipients of the 2009 ASU CSL/Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Awards.
SERVSIG thanks Arizona State University’s Center for Service Leadership (ASU CSL) for their sponsorship of the 16th Annual SERVSIG Doctoral Consortium, that was held in conjunction with the 2009 Frontiers In Service Conference.
