Dear all,
On behalf of the Conference Organising Committee, we would like to invite you to the 8th ASIAN ACADEMY OF MANAGEMENT (AAM) CONFERENCE at Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia from 11th until 13th December, 2009
The current global economic meltdown has been a burning issue these days. A day would not go by without news, discussions and reports on closed down companies, failing banks and laid of workers. Businesses are struggling to stay afloat while governments are scrambling to get their acts together to mitigate the impact of economic meltdowns and revive their economy. Why are these happening? Have businesses failed to anticipate changes surrounding us? Have they not managed changes properly? Thus, the AAM 2009 conference aims to explore in great depth, the implication of the concept, ‘managing change for sustainability in the global economic meltdown’, on key-related topics.
Papers are invited on theories, business models, conceptual paradigms, academic research, consultancy projects, new tools and applications, as well as organizational pratices. Submissions should be informative, original, creative or even critical papers that have not yet been published , or accepted for publication.
