We believe Robert has exaggerated the problems caused by Beersig. The elephant was fed only two cases of beer, and a simple calculation that any undergraduate biology major could do shows that given the typical weight of a 4 year old male elephant, around 5,000kg, the animal should easily have metabolized all the alcohol fed it long before the officers arrived and certainly well before all those PETA people showed up and began demonstrating against the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø.
