Dear all,
I am an adjunct instructor who is developing an Introduction to Casino Marketing course at Tulane University. FWIW, I am also a marketing director for the corporate office a casino company by day. There is a casino marketing-specific text that I intend on using for the bulk of the course ( in case you’re interested) but it is also just that: casino marketing-specific. Thus, it lacks a lot of fundamental and non-casino specific marketing concepts such as the 4/6 Ps, advertising, public relations, etc. As such I am looking for an introductory supplemental text. And since this may be the only marketing course that these students receive and most all are in industry, it is also important for this text to be succinct and not overly academic.
Any suggestions as to texts to review would be of great assistance!
