DEAN, COLLEGE OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln invites applications and nominations for the position of Dean of the College of Business Administration (CBA).
As part of an AAU and Carnegie Research Extensive University, CBA was a charter member of AACSB and was reaccredited in 2005/2006. The College consists of the departments of Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, and the School of Accountancy, housed in an attractive building in the center of campus. It is also home to the Bureau of Business Research, the Center for Entrepreneurship, the Nebraska Council on Economic Education, and the Actuarial Science and Agribusiness programs.
The Dean is the chief academic and administrative officer of the College of Business Administration. Candidates should have an outstanding academic record, a strong commitment to excellence in professional education and research, the ability to deal effectively with a broad range of constituencies, and the skills necessary to lead a complex and dynamic academic institution. The Dean will also lead the College in building close and mutually supportive relations with the state and its citizens, including the business community, and College alumni.
