ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø SERVSIG Annual Awards Announcements

The ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø’s Services Marketing Special Interest Group (SERVSIG) is pleased to announce the following SERVSIG awards, which were given at the 2008 ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Frontiers In Service Conference.

Congratulations to the following 2008 SERVSIG Award Winners:

  1. Professor David Bowen at the Thunderbird School of Global Management is the recipient of the 2008 Career Contributions to the Services Discipline Award.
  2. Florian v. Wangenheim & Tomás Bayón are the recipients of the ÂÜÀòÉç¹ÙÍø Best Services Article Award for their 2007 Journal of Marketing.
  3. Mr. Vinh Lu and Edward Ramirez are the recipients of the 2008 ASU CSL/Liam Glynn Research Scholarship Awards.

SERVSIG thanks Arizona State University’s Center for Service Leadership (ASU CSL) for their sponsorship of the 15th Annual SERVSIG Doctoral Consortium, that was held in conjunction with the 2008 Frontiers In Service Conference.
