Dear All,
We would like to invite you to the 4th International Conference on Services Management hosted by the Oxford Brookes University Business School, which will be held in Oxford, 8-9 May 2009.
The closing date for all full papers and work in progress – 8th January 2009
Papers from the following areas, and other relevant subject areas are welcome:
- Internationalisation of Service Firms;
- Corporate Social Responsibility and Business Ethics;
- Services Branding;
- Postgraduate Student Papers on Internationalisation, Corporate Social Responsibility/Ethics and Services Branding
There will be publication opportunities in prestigious journals including The Service Industries Journal, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, International Journal of Bank Marketing and International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management.
